  • Help! How do I know which size to order?
    Each product is unique and sized differently - be sure to measure your dog according to the sizing charts provided for each product in the Description Section. If you need additional help or have any questions in regards to sizing, please do not hesitate to email us at petsrus.official@gmail.com — we’ll be happy to help!
  • Where are you located?
    We are located in a Windy city Chicago, IL.
  • Can my pup be an ambassador?
    Definetely! We hope to have as many of you on board as possible. We believe that the key to growing our brand further around the world is to create a team of passionate people. If you would like to become an official PETs R US ambassador please request a DM on our main Instagram page @petsrus_official. All ambassadors are required to own at least 1 PETs R US product prior to being chosen.
  • Can I use two discount codes for my order?
    Unfortunately, the system only allows a single code to be entered while making a purchase.
  • The product I want is out of stock...what do I do?
    We try our best to get your favorite items back in stock as soon as possible. Please sign up to our newsletter and make sure to follow us on Instagram/Facebook for updates!
  • I need help / have additional questions.

  • When will my order be shipped?
    Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. You’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you chose at checkout.
